This starts with Episode 1 of a real-life action film series posted online by RT (associated with the Russian government).
It’s a little stilted and artificial-sounding in spots, especially with the dubbed voices in English by actors who are just reading from a script, not emoting, but it does show how wildlife conservation can be challenging.
From the Siberian Times online, it sounds like poachers — a very real problem — get the public stirred up. Russians love cats, including their wild ones.
That is very grim, but it’s a reality that all endangered cats face.
