And here is a live stream of the volcano, thanks to Dr_M_Vulcano’s tweet:
There are pyroclastic flows, per Twitter, but most seem to be going in a direction not well covered by this cam. I hope no people are in harm’s way there.
Update:
#Guatemala: Reported activity in the #Fuego Volcano is evolving to eruption with flow of solidified lava pieces, volcanic ash, and hot gases. These flows are moving towards Seca and Ceniza. Ash reported in Alotenango, El Porvenir and Finca La Reunión. https://t.co/M0nTgTvNrO pic.twitter.com/DaFCtovVXw

Update, February 15, 2021, 4:59 p.m., Pacific: Fuego is much calmer this evening, at least at the moment. Also, I found a story about those living nearby.
After watching the display last night, I can really sympathize with the person described as feeling that “it is already normal to know that windows and doors vibrate when the volcano is active”!
