Hopefully, the next VEI 8 post will be up today, but even if not, this video would be worth sharing — not just because of the lava, but because of the people.
They love that volcano!
This was dubbed in English when I found it with the YouTube app, but it sounded weird. I don’t understand French. The dubbing has many quotes about how much they like this; police even gave children some cooled lava bits.
That was a little over a week ago. The flow has since reached the sea.
Yes, the people are delighted!
