Granted that the cat is frightened, it is not acting like a wild animal would in such a situation.
It probably was a captive and now cannot live on its own.
If this Nepal zoo can’t take in the snow leopard, I hope one of the others in this world can.
It is sad to see such animals, who come as close to flight as any cat other than the cheetah can, captive in a zoo.
But there they are safe, cared for, and can contribute to the conservation of their species.
Please let there be a happy ending for this 2024 young male snow leopard.
