You’re quite right: meerkats are not cats, despite the name that local people have given them.
But we’ve got a non-canid caniform coming in tomorrow as part of the “fire fox” thing, so why not a non-felid feliform on this October Freaky Friday the Thirteenth?
After all, they use us —
— and we prank them:
As if they didn’t have enough trouble from drongos!
The challenge is in finding a video of these popular little toughies that you might not have seen yet.
I decided to take a different route. We can read up on meerkats and learn that they are akin to mongooses, but most of us are somewhat vague on what mongooses are.
