As you can see, I used a very different cover for this new and improved second edition.
They apparently are still processing the change, but here is the universal link (click your favorite store logo for sales details).
When you see that new cover, you’ll have the right edition.
Note: That link doesn’t include Amazon, and the new edition might not appear in the “My eBooks” menu selection up top here right away, either.
I’ve uploaded it to Google Play, too; again, it’s being processed, and I’m not sure when it will go live.
I love this cover, but my ideas for the topic have evolved since then.
