Did you know there are two ongoing unmanned lunar missions, one privately funded?
In January, China became the first nation to land a mobile rover on the “dark” side of the Moon (which obviously is not dark at all):
Wow! I haven’t watched something like that for 50 years!
And on February 21, a SpaceX rocket carried the first privately funded rover into space.
Unfortunately, this craft has run into a glitch, but we’ll see how things go. Hope it all works out okay!
