Guest Video: Do You Really Need That Vitamin C?

The BBC undertakes to answer the question all of us vitamin-takers wonder: Does it really help?

Note: Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin. Fat-soluble vitamins stay in your body and can accumulate to dangerours levels. So, be careful with that over-the-counter medication!
